Fat Transfer Surgery
Autologous fat transfer is a widely used and effective method in patients with volume loss in any part of their body. The excess fat tissue is taken and transferred to the desired site during the operation to provide volume. However, the viability of fat cells (adipocytes) after the transfer is the most important factor since the viability of a damaged adipocyte is reduced, and this will lead to cell death if the damage is unfixable as in most conditions. The INTERNATIONAL AESTHETIC Fat Transfer method is developed to overcome all these shortcomings. We use a closed system to obtain, process, distinguish and deliver fat cells. Old and vulnerable fat cells are distinguished mechanically without any chemical agent being used to avoid damaging the young and healthy fat cells.
The face, lips, cheeks, breasts, hands, buttocks, genital area, upper and lower legs are the areas that autologous fat tissue can be transferred to. In patients with volume loss, scar tissue or patients who need reconstructive surgery, the autosomal fat tissue can be used to provide volume.
After the operation, the recovery period depends on your physical status, age, general health and condition. Since the anesthesia that you receive is mild, you will not have problems associated with anesthetic agents after the operation.
