Endopeel

It is a medical muscle lifting method that reduces sagging in various parts of the body (such as the buttocks, arms and abdomen), primarily the face and neck area, which has been increasingly used in Europe and the US in recent years. Carbolic acid is the active ingredient of Endopeel, which is a patented product that increases muscle tone and reduces sagging and wrinkles as a result of the tension it creates on the skin. Endopeel, whose raw material consists of low molecular weight carbolic acid and esterified fatty acids obtained from peanuts, can be eliminated quickly after injection. Ninety-five percent of the injected carbolic acid is excreted in the urine within the next 24 hours. Peanut oil acts as a buffer in spreading and vacuolization. The substance stays in the muscle for 3 weeks, and linoleic acids undergo arachidonic acid conversion. Arachidonic acids increase the permeability of the cell membrane. With the arachidonic transformation, cytokines such as leukotriene (LTB 4, LTD 4), prostaglandin (PGF2a, PGE2, PGI2) and thromboxane (TXA 2) are secreted, and they increase the inflammatory reaction. Endopeel is an internal peel. In other words, when injected, the peeling effect starts from the inside and progresses towards the outside. Thanks to this process, the skin is renewed and tightened, while the face is stretched. With Endopeel, a younger skin form can be acquired. The procedure has no filling effect. Endopeel’s effect can last 8-10 months.
